Company History

1986

REDAC, Inc. was founded in New York City as a wholly owned subsidiary of Tokyo Boeki Ltd. (now Tokyo Boeki Holdings Corporation)

1987

REDAC Service Inc., a real estate financial services company, was established through a joint venture between Tokyo Boeki Ltd. and Nippon Steel Corporation (now Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation).

1990

Nippon Steel U.S.A., Inc. (now Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal U.S.A., Inc.) became a partial shareholder.

1997

REDAC Auto Leasing Inc., an auto leasing company, was established through a joint venture with Japan Airlines Co., Ltd.

2000

Global Real Estate USA Inc., a real estate investment firm, was established.

2001

Relo Holdings, Inc. (now Relo Group, Inc.) became a partial shareholder.

2002

Opened our New Jersey office.

2004

Opened our Chicago office.

2005

Became a consolidated subsidiary of Relo Holdings, Inc.(now Relo Group, Inc.) / Opened our Los Angeles office.
