The low security deposit recovery rate improved significantly, saving the company approximately $26,000!

Until now, the collection of security deposits had been left to expats, but since the timing of the return of security deposits was almost always after the expats had returned to Japan, the expats were collecting the deposits from Japan. As a result, the overall recovery rate of security deposits was only 60%. After introducing MMS, REDAC was able to track down uncollected security deposits, verify and validate the facts, and demand that the deposit be returned to the lender. This has resulted in a 95% recovery rate of security deposits, and has saved us approximately $26,000 per year in costs.
