REDAC’s flexible and kind service made my relocation smooth and comfortable.

Although we suddenly had to move and had some restrictions, I appreciate your help in finding our home based on our requests. 

On the day of move-in, Kifune-san came over to our place and gave us some explanations politely for the laundry facility and kitchen appliances.  Thanks to her, we were able to live comfortably without any inconvenience.  Also, she gave us some advice for layouts and even sent us an email for its proposal.  Although we had many concerns before moving, thanks to Kifune-san’s bright personality, we were able to move into our new place without any concerns.
